About this blend
This product contains psyllium. The pomegranate, rosehip and berry formula also contains fish-derived marine collagen. Dietary supplements complement a varied diet; fibre-rich whole foods remain an important part of daily eating.

The fibre blend contains PHGG (Sunfiber®), resistant potato starch (Solnul®), psyllium husk, acacia gum (Fibregum™), XOS (PreticX®), resistant dextrin and carrot fibre (BeniCaros®).

How to use it
Start with approximately half a tablespoon (7g) daily, and over 1-2 weeks build to one full daily serve (14g) mixed into 300–350 mL cold water. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
